With some over the counter pregnancy tests, you have to wait until you have missed your period. Daybreak offers a free three minute, lab-quality pregnancy test* that can reliably detect the presence of hCG, the hormone that indicates pregnancy, 10-12 days after implantation of the fertilized egg.

(Note: The longer you wait to take the test, the more accurate it becomes. It is best to wait until your first missed period before you take a pregnancy test. You can test sooner, but you may need to take a confirming pregnancy test later.)
